学羽毛球有感
算起来接触羽毛球也有蛮长的时间了，从本科室友lifang羽毛球俱乐部的耳濡目染，到二专课后与yangchao在川大体育馆的小规模锻炼，再到现在也有个5-6年了。不过，那些年的小打小闹都不算数，进步龟速，没有认真对待，指望无心插柳带来重大突破是不可能的。入职后，跟BBS上的同事一起报了教练正式学习，是近半年的事情了。
羽毛球是一项好运动，尤其是对IT人士，抬头，利颈椎，伸展上肢。
这半年跟着周教练从零开始学习了步法、发球、高远球、杀球、推球、扑球等等等等。
体育运动追求更高、更快、更强，做为业余爱好，能够起到调节紧张工作，激励人心的作用。
有时候想想，人生又何尝不像打球呢？
1.步伐是基础，一步错步步错。
2.任何高手都是在千百次练习后形成的肌肉记忆下的产物，熟能生巧，勤能补拙。
3.重心很重要，运动中要时刻把稳重心，重心丢了，一切大乱。
4.每次击球要回到中心位置，要守住自己的位置，迫使对手偏离他的位置。
5.观察对手的弱点，对症下药，才能赢球。双打时要进攻对手较弱的那一个。
6.当你一时不知所措，靠高远球来拖住对方。
7.进攻是最好的防守。
